Because our collection is made of second-hand and vintage clothing, and due to the unique and often delicate nature of each piece, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there has been a clear mistake on our part — such as receiving the wrong item or a condition issue that was not described.

If something seems off, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, and we’ll do our best to find a fair and conscious solution.
