Shipping Policy – NARA Garments

All orders within Switzerland are shipped via Swiss Post.

We offer standard shipping with tracking, and your package should arrive within 2–4 business days after dispatch.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number.

Pickup option: If you’re based in [tu ciudad o barrio], feel free to message us — in-person pick-up at our showroom is possible by appointment.

We ship worldwide using Swiss Post International.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, but generally take between 7 to 20 business days.

All international orders include tracking.

Please note that customs fees or import duties (if any) are the responsibility of the buyer.

We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by postal services or customs delays.
If your package appears delayed, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help track it down.
We use recycled and minimal packaging whenever possible.
